Cellagenix Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Cellagenix—whether you're ordering our signature skincare or your own white-labeled line, we’re committed to providing a smooth and timely delivery experience. Below are all the details you need to know about how we ship your order.
Processing Time
- Orders placed before 1PM PST (Monday–Friday) ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 1PM PST will ship the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Methods s Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping is currently available within the United States only. We offer:
-  Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1–5 business days
(Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather or carrier delays.)
 Shipping Rates
- Orders of 1–4 products: Flat rate of $12
- Orders of 5 or more products: Free shipping
Free Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders containing five or more products—whether they’re Cellagenix-branded or white-labeled for your practice.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.
If you're located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please email lab@cellagenix.com with your location and what you’re looking to purchase. We’ll let you know if international shipping is possible on a case-by-case basis.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You
can use this to track your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us at lab@cellagenix.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
If your order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Cellagenix Return s Exchange Policy
At Cellagenix, every product is crafted in small batches with care and precision to meet the high standards of skincare professionals and their clients. Because our formulations are made fresh and designed for professional use, maintaining product integrity is our top priority. As such, all professional purchases—including wholesale and white label orders— are final sale.
Final Sale Policy
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on professional orders, including both Cellagenix-branded and white-labeled products—unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If something’s not right with your order, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery by emailing
lab@cellagenix.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
Why We Don’t Accept Returns or Exchanges
Because our products are made in small batches and intended for
professional use, they cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our
facility. This ensures that every skincare professional receives fresh, effective, and uncompromised formulations.
